TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS:

Hotel reservation from Peru. In case of sponsored trips:

• Latest 1 year income tax receipt of the applicant with Income Tax Department seal.
• Proof of financial capability – Last 3 month’s original Bank statement duly stamped.
• A Forwarding Letter from your company indicating the purpose and the time of your stay. (In case of retired, house wife, student, minor’s etc. covering note is required for the sponsorship of the trip and all expenses).
• Return ticket or reservation from Peru.
• A Photocopy of the passport is required at the time of submission.
• Three (3) passport size (4.3 X 3.5) colored photograph with White background. (face size must be visible 70%– 80% )
• Two copy of Visa forms dully typed/ handwritten in block letters.
• Valid passport for at least one year.
     a) Sponsor in Peru or Bangladesh should present a written affidavit in which he/she states that he/she shall be responsible to bear all costs of boarding and lodging of the applicant or repatriation in case of traveler has acquired illegal status or does not have sufficient funds to return.
     b) Identity and financial proofs of the sponsor.

BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid passport for at least one year.
• Two copy of Visa forms dully typed/handwritten in block letters.
• Three (3) passport size (4.3 X 3.5) colored photograph with White background. (face size must be visible 70%– 80% )
• A Photocopy of the passport is required at the time of submission.
• Return ticket or reservation from Peru.
• A formal notarized invitation letter in Spanish from the business partner in Peru to be directly mailed or faxed at consular@embassyperuindia.in or faxed at +91-11-4616 3301.
• A Forwarding Letter from the company in which the person is employed.
• Proof of registration of the company and its profile.
• A Letter from the recognized local chambers of commerce (FIEO, FICCI, APEDA, ASSOCHAM, PHD etc.) stating that the company is registered with them.
• Last 3 month’s original bank statement of the company.
• Latest 1 year income tax receipt of the applicant (with Income Tax Department seal if paid manually).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Police clearance certificate are mandatory for nationals of BANGLADESH.
• Minimum process time to issue a visa is between 10-15 days + 6 working days for Passport to & fro.
• The Embassy of Peru has the right to ask for additional documents or call the applicant for an interview and verification.
• Validity Of The Visa Is 1 Year From The Date Of Issue.
