Basic Documents:

• Valid Passport (at least 4 months) and old passport if available. GD copy required for lost passport.
• Two recent photographs (white background, matt/glossy, 45mm x 35mm, no glasses).
• Personal or Company Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Certificate (last 4 months).
• Visiting Card.
• NID or Residence Identity Card.
• Birth Certificate.
• Air Ticket Booking.
• Hotel Booking.
• Attested Invitation Letter (for family visits).

For Business Persons:

• Renewal Trade License (English translated & notarized).
• Memorandum of Association (if company owner name differs from trade license).
• 3 copies of Company Letterhead.

For Job Holders:

• Salary Certificate/Pay Slips (last 3 months) if using personal bank account.
• NOC Letter with leave duration declaration.
• BMDC Certificate with renewal page (for doctors).
• BAR Council and BAR Association Certificate (for advocates).
• Retirement Certificate (for retired persons).
• Valid Staff ID.

For Students:

• Valid Student ID (photocopy with authority contact number).

Other Documents:

• Marriage Certificate/Nikah Namah (if recently married or spouse name is missing in passport).
• All Bengali documents must be translated into English.
• Any other documents as required by the embassy.

For Group Submissions:

• Name list with passport numbers on organization’s letterhead (with seal and signature).
