• If you have all the below documents, Travel Crafter Ltd! will provide you the Processing / Logistics support to have your visa stamped (Logistics charge applicable). You do not need to visit the embassy in New Delhi, India to process your visa.

Business Visa Requirements:

• Photocopy of the passport first and last page. The Applicant must have a passport valid for at least Three (3) months from the date of application for the visa.
• Two (2) visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant (Photocopy allowed).
• Three (3) recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on light background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm).
  Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Employee ID card copy.
• Three (3) copies of Employee Visiting Card.
• A Forwarding Letter is required from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Laos, People’s Democratic Republic, New Delhi.
• A Covering Letter from the applicant stating the purpose of visit to Laos.
• Invitation Letter from Laos host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
• Original Bank statement for the last six months as a proof of fund.
• Hotel confirmation & flight booking with PNR.

Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing us to submit and collect documents.

Lead Time for visa in embassy: 2-4 weeks including Passport to & fro and processing at Embassy.

Note: The Inviter needs to coordinate with the immigration office in Laos to issue visa application acceptance email to the embassy at Delhi for proper submission.

in case of tourist visa, tour booking copy is required.
